Tates Creek Pre Season Expo Scrimmages – Teams Participating: Lafayette , Tates Creek, Bryan Station, Madison Southern, Western Hills, Fairdale, Bishop Brossart, Woodford Co, Scott Co, Henry Clay and Rowan Co.. The 13th annual Diamond Classic Softball tournament hosted by Waverly High School will take place April 4th & 5th of 2008. The LaRue County Lady Hawks will again host the 3rd annual Lady Hawk Challenge on the weekend of April 25-26. This is not a tournament, but a chance to schedule games against opponents of your equal. Your team can play one, two or three games. Last year we had 19 teams, and this year we currently have signed: Fairdale, Taylor County, Larue County, Washington County, Metcalfe County, Bardstown, and Bardstown Bethlehem. Also, if you want your jv team to attend, Pulaski County is looking for 3 opponents. The event is played on two fields, and all you pay for is a umpire for each of your games, plus bring a game ball.
