Who may join?

• Head or Assistant Coaches of KHSAA schools

What is required to join the KSCA?

1. Read and agree to the KSCA Code of Ethics
2. Read and print a copy of the Rules and Guidelines
3. Fill out the membership application and send your dues.

• Must include an email address (An email will be sent monthly to each head coach--this is the primary method for communication). It is the head coach’s responsibility to let the webmaster know if you are not receiving the regular emails. The website will post when the email was sent (usually between the 1st and the 5th of each month).
• Must check the KSCA Website regularly (www.kyhighschoolsoftball.com).

What do you get for joining?

• Voting for Weekly Top 25 (season)
• Voting for All State, Miss Softball, and Coaching Staff of the Year.
• Players from your school may be placed on the Academic All State Team.
• Players from your school are eligible for selection to the East/West All Star Games for Juniors and Seniors
• Coaches may attend the KSCA annual meeting (usually in January) where items will be discussed and passed/or denied. A new 2^nd Vice President will be elected. You will be able to attend the mandatory rules clinic for Head Coaches (Assistants are welcome to attend the rules clinic, but are not required).
• Coaches will receive a KSCA coaches directory with day phone, night phone, and email address.
