Players were selected by KSCA Coaches that attended the East and West All Star Meeting.

The Kentucky Team (that will play against Tennessee) will be selected from the Seniors on the East and West Teams. This team will be announced on this website on June 19 or 20.

Friday, June 17, 2011

• All players must check-in with All Star Directors between 1:00 and 3:30 pm at the Hilton Suites in the lobby.
• Practices will be as follows. Seniors practice at UK and Juniors practice at Lexington Catholic High School.

o East Seniors will practice from 4:00 to 5:30 pm at UK Softball. All East Senior players and coaches will meet in the Hilton Suites lobby at 3:30 pm to leave for practice at UK. Players may then drive to practice. Those players that need a ride may ride with other players or coaches.

o West Seniors will practice from 5:30 to 7:00 pm at UK Softball. All West Senior players and coaches will meet in the Hilton Suites lobby at 5:00 pm to leave for practice at UK. Players may then drive to practice. Those players that need a ride may ride with other players or coaches.

o East Juniors will practice from 4:00 to 5:30 pm at Lexington Catholic High School. All East Junior players and coaches will meet in the Hilton Suites lobby at 3:30 pm to leave for practice at Lexington Catholic High School. Players may then drive to practice. Those players that need a ride may ride with other players or coaches.

o West Juniors will practice from 5:30 to 7:00 pm Lexington Catholic High School. All West Junior players and coaches will meet in the Hilton Suites lobby at 5:00 pm to leave for practice at Lexington Catholic High School. Players may then drive to practice. Those players that need a ride may ride with other players or coaches.

• Team Banquet for all players and coaches at 8:00 pm (Hilton Suites). All players and coaches are expected to attend. This is for players and coaches only. No parents/fans.

Saturday, June 18, 2011 – All Saturday Games are at University of Kentucky Softball

• Pictures will be taken for each team prior to their first game. All players must be dressed at the University of Kentucky field one hour before your first game. Players will wear their all star uniforms on Saturday.
• Game 1 – 9:00 am East Seniors vs. East Juniors (7 innings)
• Game 2 – 11:00 am West Seniors vs. West Juniors (7 innings)
• Miss Softball, All State, and Coach of the Year Presentation – 12:30 pm or immediately following Game 2: Kentucky Softball Coaches Association Miss Softball, Class Player of the Year, All State, and Coaching Staff of the Year Awards will be distributed to all those recipients that are in attendance. You must check-in at the press box by 12:00 pm to have your name announced and receive your award.
• Game 3 – 1:00 pm East Juniors vs. West Seniors (7 innings)
• Game 4 – 3:00 pm East Seniors vs. West Juniors (7 innings)
• Hall of Fame Banquet will be held at the Hilton Suites at 8:00 pm
• The All Stars are invited and will eat for free (All Star Players are not required to attend). The Kentucky Prep Softball Hall of Fame Inductees and Player/Coach of the Year will eat free. All guests will pay $20 per plate.

• Kentucky Prep Softball Regional Coach of the Year Award Winners and Regional Player of the Year Award Winners. The following players and coaches will be honored on Saturday, June 18 at 8:00 pm at the Hilton Suites in Lexington.  All Hall of Fame Inductees, Player of the Year, and Coach of the Year honorees will receive a complementary dinner at the Hall of Fame Banquet. Any guests will pay $20 per plate.
