were selected by KSCA Coaches that attended the East and West All Star Meeting.
The
Kentucky Team (that will play against Tennessee) will be selected from the
Seniors on the East and West Teams. The Kentucky Team will be posted sometime today. See the link on the home page or click the

2012 Itinerary for East/West All Stars
All
times for East/West Weekend are EST
Friday, June 15, 2012
- All players must check-in
with All Star Directors at Ramada Plaza Hurstbourne Louisville between
1:00 and 3:30 pm.
- Practices will be
as follows.
o
East Seniors at
University of Louisville from 4:00 to 5:30 pm
o
West Seniors - at University
of Louisville from 5:30 to 7:00 pm
o
East Juniors - at
Jeffersontown HS from 4:00 to 5:30 pm
o
West Juniors - at
Jeffersontown HS from 5:30 to 7:00 pm
- Team Pizza Party for
all players and coaches at 8:00 pm (Ramada Plaza). All players and coaches
are expected to attend. This is for players and coaches only. No parents/fans.
Saturday, June 16, 2012 All games at University of Louisville
- Pictures will be taken
for each team prior to their first game. All players must be dressed at
the University of Louisville field one hour before your first game.
Players will wear their all star uniforms on Saturday.
- Game 1 9:00 am East
Seniors vs. East Juniors (7 innings) East
Seniors won 4-2
- Game 2 11:00 am West Seniors vs. West
Juniors (7 innings) West Seniors won 6-4
- Miss Softball, All State, and Coach of the Year
Presentation 12:30 pm or immediately following Game 2:
Kentucky Softball Coaches Association Miss Softball, Class Player of the
Year, All State, and Coaching Staff of the Year Awards will be distributed
to all those recipients that are in attendance. You must check-in at
the press box by 12:00 pm to have your name announced and receive your
award.
- Game 3 1:30 pm
East Juniors vs. West Seniors (7 innings) West
Seniors won 2-0
- Game 4 3:30 pm East Seniors vs. West
Juniors (7 innings) West Juniors won 9-0
- Hall of Fame Banquet
will be held at the Ramada Plaza at 8 pm
- The All Stars are
expected to attend and will eat for free. The Kentucky Prep Softball Hall of Fame Inductees and Player/Coach
of the Year will eat free. All
guests will pay $25 per plate.

Regional Coach of the Year Award Winners and Regional Player of the Year
Award Winners. The following
players and coaches will be honored on Saturday, June 16 at 8:00 pm at
the Ramada Plaza in Louisville. All Hall of Fame Inductees,
Player of the Year, and Coach of the Year honorees will receive a
complementary dinner at the Hall of Fame Banquet. Any guests will pay $25 per
plate. If you or one of your
players is listed below, please send an email to Jim McAlister at kpsoftball@yahoo.com to let him
know whether or not you will be attending (and the number of guests
that will be attending with you). Any questions should
